(1) All parcels within the area where the land fragmentation control and chaklabandi program is in operation will be evaluated on the basis of the type and classification of the land, including other criteria deemed appropriate by the committee. :-(a) Chief District Officer, District Administration Office – Chairman (b) Chairman of District Development Committee or if he is not Deputy Chairman – Member (c) Local Development Officer, District Development Committee – Member (d) Chief, Internal Revenue Office if not that office Office of Controller of Funds and Accounts at Thau - Member (e) Land Reform Officer, Land Reform Office - Member (f) Head, Land Office - Member (g) Head, Surveyor Branch - Member (h) concerned Village Development Committee Chairman or Ward chairman of the municipality - member (i) Officer of the concerned district to deal with the work related to chaklabandi - member - secretary (3) The meeting of the evaluation committee will be held on the date, time and place determined by the chairman of the committee. (5) The committee may invite related subject experts from other bodies or any other person to the meeting of the committee as required. (6) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
